In stock orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Most standard shipments arrive in 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Freight items take longer because the carrier calls you to schedule delivery. Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the order leaves the warehouse.

Standard Shipping covers most parts and accessories. Expedited Shipping moves your order to the front of the line when you need it fast. Freight Shipping applies to heaters, pumps, filters and other oversized equipment. The carrier contacts you to set a delivery window, and delivery is curbside. All available methods and delivery estimates show at checkout once you enter your address.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Installed equipment cannot be returned. Once a unit is installed, the manufacturer handles warranty and technical support. Freight items may be subject to a restocking fee, and shipping costs are not refunded on returns that are not our error. Contact us before shipping anything back so we can issue a return authorization.

We supply equipment and parts, not installation. Pool heaters, pumps and electrical equipment should be installed by a licensed pool professional or electrician. Installing equipment yourself can void the manufacturer warranty on some brands, so check the warranty terms on the product page before you start.

Find the model number on the equipment label, usually on the side or back of the unit. Match it to the compatibility information on the product page. If you are between two options or the label is unreadable, send us the model number and a photo of the label and we will confirm the right part before you order.

The freight carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery appointment. Delivery is curbside, which means the driver brings the item to the end of your driveway, not into your yard or garage. Have someone available to help move it. Inspect the unit before you sign, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and tell us within 48 hours.
